Jennifer Al-Rashid

Jennifer is our Investment Manager for the Sustainability Tech Fund in North Americais. She is located at our office in Allantown, PA, USA. North America is an essential growth market for Evonik and of particular interest in the area of new sustainability technologies. 

Jennifer studied Chemistry at Alma College in Michigan and Synthetic Organic Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. In 2008 she started with Air Products and Chemicals and held a variety of positions in product, process and application development. In 2016 Jennifer joined DSM, Biomedical leading product, process, and application development of new materials for the biomedical market.

In 2019 Jennifer joined Evonik as Director of R&D in the Global Process Research organization. She worked on the process development of an ultra-high purity colloidal silica for the CMP market and also led the Allentown Pilot Plant. Most recently Jennifer was the Head of Product Development of Interface and Performance.
