Qi Zhang

Qi Zhang is an Investment Analyst at the Venture Capital team in Shanghai, China. She supports the portfolio management as well as the screening, evaluation and execution of investment deals.

Before joining Evonik Venture Capital as an intern in 2020, Qi held internships at another CVC and a local investment bank, where she supported strategic investments, market intelligence in nutrition and health and analytics of chemical industry in China. Qi did also an internship at the United Nations Office in Geneva, where she was responsible for events in sustainable development. Qi gained a Bachelor degree in Applied Chemistry and a Master degree in Management from Fudan University. She is a graduate from the combined pre-doc program with École Normale Supérieure (Paris).
